Note: to get the PVC, use the atm ilmi-pvc-discovery command under the atm 1/0 interface. 
Then do a show atm pvc to find the vpi/vci.  then remove the atm ilmi-pvc-discovery from 
the interface to be able apply the vc to a sub interface.
